Feld Jindřich

Jindřich Feld (1925-2007) was a Czech composer with broad spectrum of education: he held degrees in music, musicology, aesthetics and philosophy.

Although he has composed more than 200 works, ranging from operas to small instrumental compositions, he is mostly known for his chamber music and music compositions for flute.  During his three periods of musical style development (till end of 1950s, 1960s and from 1970s onwards) Feld gradually developed his own style, including 12-note writing method and aleatoric.
