Benciolini, Tommaso

Italian flutist Tommaso Benciolini studied flute in Verona, Paris and Lugano, mastering his skills with Pierre-Yves Artaud, Mario Caroli, Giampaolo Pretto and Nicola Campitelli.
After winning the 2017 New York Respighi Prize in 2017 he debuted at the Carnegie Hall with the Chamber Orchestra of New York.
He has premiered Andrea Battistoni's flute concerto at the Berlin Philharmonie in 2020 and has had appearances at other major concert venues around the world.
Tommaso Benciolini enjoys solo flutist career, travels worldwide to give masterclasses and since 2012 teaches at the Verona Conservatory "E. F Dall'Abaco".
