Garrison, Leonard

Leonard Garrison is a Principal Flutist of the Walla Walla Symphony and Professor of Flute at the University of Idaho.
He studied flute with Robert Willoughby at Oberlin Conservatory and with Samuel Baron at Stony Brook University, as well as with Walfrid Kujala and Richard Graef at the Northwestern University.
Throughout his career has played in the Chicago Symphony (including a 2003 tour of Japan), the Civic Orchestra of Chicago, the Spokane Symphony, the Tulsa Philharmonic and Tulsa Opera Orchestra.
Leonard Garrison has made substantial number of recordings for Albany, Capstone and Centaur labels and has been a regular performer at National Flute Association conventions.
