Pavićević, Snježana
Snježana Pavićević is a Serbian flutist and piccolo player.
Born in Belgrade, she studied flute with Miodrag Azanjac at the Belgrade Academy of Music and piccolo with Nicola Mazzanti at the Giuseppe Verdi Conservatory in Milan.
Since 1994 she is a solo piccolo of the Belgrade Philharmonic orchestra.
She has made recordings for Radio Belgrade and Hammerings Records with works of Australian composer Alan Holley.
To promote her favourite instrument piccolo, Snježana Pavićević has launched the “Piccolo Weekend in the Philharmonic” project for flute students and young professionals.
