Southworth, Clare

Clare Southworth is a performer, teacher and author.
Laureate of several competitions: National Flute Association, North West Arts Platform and Madeira International Flute Competition, she has performed throughout America, Europe, Russia and Asia.
She has been Professor of Flute at the Royal Academy of Music in London and has taught at RNCM Junior School, Chetham's School of Music and The Purcell School.
Clare Southworth has made several noteworthy recordings and has written several workbooks for flutists: "Flute Aerobics", "Light Aerobics", "Sequentials", "The Expression of Colour", and "Flute Reboot".
