Tast, Werner

Tast, Werner

Werner Tast is a renown German flutist and teacher. Born in Görlitz, Germany he studied flute in Weimar.
Werner Tast has been solo flutist at the Komische Oper Berlin, Rundfunk-Sinfonieorchester Berlin, the Bayreuth Festival orchestra and as a concert soloist and chamber musician has performed throughout Europe, USA and Japan.
He has made a substantial amount of recordings and has gain recognition as a painter.
Werner Tast teaches flute and chamber music at the "Hanns Eisler" Academy of Music in Berlin.
